Warranty Terms & Conditions

Limited Warranty, Extended Warranty & Device Returns

Who is Covered?

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the Device as a gift only.

What is covered and for how long?

CryptoBilis warrants that all new devices are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for a period of one(1) year or two(2) years as stated on invoice of specific devices from date of retail purchase.

One-to-One Replacement Warranty service contract provides for the replacement of the Device purchased by you if found to be defective during the term subscribed from the date of purchase. A 3 month 1-to-1 warranty is provided by default for all purchases. When the Device failure occurs due to an electrical, screen or mechanical defect, you will receive a brand-new replacement device of like kind, quality, and value. Once the Device has been replaced, the Contract will automatically terminate.

This means that, the Device will have a total warranty as stated from the date of CryptoBilis Sales Invoice/Receipt of the Device, subject to payment of the applicable fee for the Extended Warranty selected.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the device. CryptoBilis does not warrant or provide service or support for any third-party devices, accessories, or software’s, used with the Device.

What will we do?

We will, at our discretion, replace any device that proves to be defective in during the warranty period. If your device is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your device with a comparable or improved device at our option. If you return a defective device within the first 14 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. If you have purchased an extended warranty, you would be eligible to a 1-to-1 replacement to a period extended by you. We will ship out the new Device to you or you may walk in to replace your device from our centre at Unit 901, The One Executive Building, 5 West Ave, Quezon City, 1104 Metro Manila, Philippines, Quezon City, Philippines, 1104. All returns will be communicated through customer support channel (email: [email protected]) to get an RMA number and to proceed with the exchange of the faulty products.

What will we not do?

We will not pay insurance, compensation for any inconveniences caused to you in the event of a faulty or malfunctioning Device. We will also not pay for any import fees, duties, and taxes for transporting the device from you to us besides the cost of shipping.

What to do to obtain warranty service?

To obtain warranty service for devices purchased from a third-party, retail or directly from CryptoBilis you must return the device with proof of purchase using the following procedures:

You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form. And to help ensure warranty claims are for genuine CryptoBilis devices, our customer support may also require you to email a copy of your purchase receipt to us.

  1. Label and ship the device, freight prepaid, to the address provided by CryptoBilis; and
  2. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number where required may be refused.

Exclusions And Limitations

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR CRYPTOBILIS HARDWARE WALLETS PRODUCTS AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO CRYPTOBILIS HARDWARE WALLETS PRODUCTS AND CRYPTOBILIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL OR LOCAL LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIODS OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE.

CRYPTOBILIS TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTOBILIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR END USER CUSTOMER OF A CRYPTOBILIS HARDWARE WALLETS PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST DATA, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE CRYPTOBILIS HARDWARE WALLETS PRODUCT, EVEN IF CRYPTOBILIS HARDWARE WALLETS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
